Initially, I was skeptical of the meta glasses. They do not have AR so what was the real purpose? Quickly learn that the true joy of these is having hands free video/picture capability without taking out your phone. Quality is good, for a pair of glasses, similar to a iPhone X. Most impressive was the audio and mic for calls. As long as you are not in a heavily crowded or extra loud area, they work great. The transitions are also a must as I can use them indoors and out. Just came back from a conference where I was able to document a lot of otherwise difficult to capture moments.

I’ve been testing out my new Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses (yes, with my own prescription added), and I have to say — these aren’t just glasses, they’re a full-on business tool. The ability to wear my prescription means I can use them all day without switching between my regular glasses and tech gear. They fit seamlessly into my workday — whether I’m in meetings, traveling, or coaching clients, these stay on and stay sharp. What really sets them apart is how they allow me to capture content hands-free while I’m living life. Whether I’m doing real estate walkthroughs, creating insurance training videos, or getting behind-the-scenes content for my podcast or businesses, these glasses let me document without ever having to pull out my phone. The Meta AI features are surprisingly helpful for taking quick notes, voice memos, or even building out content ideas while I’m on the move — basically like having a personal assistant on my face. On top of that, the classic Ray-Ban look keeps it clean and professional. They don’t scream “tech gadget,” so I can wear them in front of clients, on video calls, or at networking events without looking like I’m trying too hard. For me, these are a perfect blend of efficiency, content creation, leadership, and personal brand — all while staying present in the moment and keeping my hands free to handle business. For anyone who’s serious about maximizing time, scaling content, and running multiple ventures like I do, these glasses are honestly a cheat code.

Overall i like this product, but i wish it has more battery life on it, i used it when mountain biking, taking pictures and short 30 second videos and used it as my music speaker on the trail, battery usually last like 2 1/2 hour when using video, like 5 30 second, taking maybe 10 shots of photo and listen to music and that will be 2 hour and 30mins..

They’re great for content creators, the quality is certainly worth the price. However the bugs and issues are some what the downfall- hard to comprehend sometimes. Additionally, the glasses while listening to music sometimes turn down due to the environment- not certain how to stop that feature, but when I figure it out this will be a 5 stars.

Have had these for several months, and wear them daily. They are a tremendous help for work and life. Audio calls are great quality, and music as well. People are always surprised when I tell them I’m talking to them on the glasses, because it sounds so good. Great for documenting work items, and taking notes.

These come in handy so much with its hands free assistant! Definitely would recommend buying the purchase protection with it. I like to use at work and on trips.

I don’t consider myself to have a fat head, but these are very uncomfortable after wearing them for about an hour. There is a lot of pressure over the ears, unlike any other glasses I’ve used. Transitions are good, but do not work in the car due to the windshield.

Awesome product didn’t think I would use them as much as I have been plus great video and picture quality.

Oh my goodness!! So I admit I'm a techie, but this product exceeded my expectations. The sound quality on the open ear speakers is mind-blowing, yet so private. The conversational AI is what takes it over the top. I've got all the information I need at the tip of my ears now! I’ve been using the Meta Smart Glasses with Transitions, and overall, they’ve delivered a surprisingly smooth and innovative experience. First off, the Transitions lenses are excellent. The shift from light to dark happens quickly and naturally, making them perfect for wearing indoors and outdoors without constantly swapping glasses. That feature alone makes them a standout for everyday wear. On the audio side, I’m impressed—the sound is clear and surprisingly private. Even with music playing, those around me can’t hear a thing, which is a major win. It’s also nice not having to wear buds all day. These glasses deliver audio cleanly while leaving my ears free. As for the AI features, they’re informative and useful. I’m not deep into all the capabilities just yet, but the basics work well, and the potential is clear. The only real drawback? The small light that turns on when taking photos or videos. I get the privacy intention, but it’s distracting and makes the process feel less discreet than it should. Setup was a bit clunky, especially getting everything aligned with Meta’s ecosystem. But once you’re through the initial pairing and permissions maze, day-to-day use is smooth and mostly frictionless. In short: great design, smart features, and a seamless lens experience. With some UI refinements and the ability to disable that recording light, this would be a category leader.

Thanks to these glasses, I’ve been able to capture POV videos of my one-year-old daughter toddling around outdoor parks, indoor playgrounds, church sanctuaries and more. And how great to record precious moments that would pass before i’m able to whip out my phone camera! Not to mention, i can take mirror selfies with no visible camera! The (portrait/vertical-only) 1080p media can be cropped and even upscaled using various apps later. Smaller files (3:00 min max) make for fast file transfers. Recording drains the battery more quickly, but at this price, i just got two. I can switch glasses (both with transistion lenses) when one needs to recharge (in the handsome case). I hope my wife and family will re-watch these clips for years to come. Priceless.
