I bought this 65 inch Roku Pro Series open-box with no damage and no missing accessories.
Pros:
Remote- I didn't realize I would like this as much as I do when I first bought the TV. I love the remote which charges via USB-C. No changing batteries anymore. The backlights in the remote also light up whenever you pick it up which is awesome for a dark bedroom.
Picture quality- The reviewers all say this tv is a little oversaturated, but I like that look in practice and with this panel. It's vibrant and makes images pop. The viewing angle is not OLED quality, but is decent and not a detraction. There is a small amount of blooming, but I haven't found it distracting and it is minimized due to the moderately high dimming zone count. I think it accurately represents how we see bright lights at night anyway and dark backgrounds are not overbrightened.
Audio: I love it. Roku went all out with the sound quality I have no desire for a soundbar at all. The speakers are clear and have the deepest base I've heard built into a TV. The sound setting for enhanced dialog clarity works really well if you ever find dialogue to be muddled. I find the factory dialogue presets to be well tuned.
Roku customer service- Easily contactable by phone (see below).
Interface- This is my first Roku TV. I find the user interface to be much better than the fire TV I am replacing with this unit. The settings menu can be a little complex to navigate but a big step up from the fire TV and much more intuitive.
Cons:
Mandatory Roku account- You cannot access the TV at all without creating a Roku account first. I am okay with this, but you might not be. I'm not sure how this impacts users with no Internet.
Brightness- The lowest brightness setting is still pretty bright in a dark bedroom. This is fine 90% of the time and only an issue when there's a large white space on the screen which can be borderline blinding if it follows a dark scene. If you need a bright TV then this has some horsepower and will probably be a big pro for you.
Weight- This is a 65 lb TV and is not a single person purchase or install. Have a helper handy.
Software Updates- I noticed two bugs when I bought the TV, one was fixed with a factory reset while the other is persistent as of writing this review.
The first bug occurred only after watching HDR content, where all other content would have a strange color tinge like a reddish or greenish color filter applied. After factory reset per Roku customer service HDR is working fine and the bug has not returned. Customer service was easily contactable by phone which I appreciate.
The second bug continues to persist where the auto dimming backlight feature does not work. The customer service forums have responses from Roku saying that this feature should be fixed in a future software update. As of right now it has not been fixed. This is strange because the auto dimming feature works on the first use after a full power cycle, but after that, selecting auto brightness just defaults to full bright even in a fully dark room. Selecting manual brightness is easy and still works, so this is only a mild inconvenience. If this is fixed in a software update this will be a 5+ Star review.
Overall:
With the open box pricing I got of just under $600 this is an incredible TV even with the shortcomings mentioned. I just can't give it a five-star review with a feature not functioning properly (auto dimming). At this price I want to give it six stars when everything is finally working though. At full price, it's still a decent 5 Star experience once they fix the auto dimming in the firmware.

Returned this 65 inch Roku Pro Series QLED TV almost 2 weeks ago just in time before my 14 day return expired! Roku makes awesome streaming products however their TVs aren’t the best. When it came to watching some of my shows the picture quality looked great in one scene and in another scene it got fuzzy or it wasn’t true QLED. Picture quality is a hit and miss it worked pretty good in the dark since I had this set up in my living room basement.
The sound for built in speakers were actually impressive for this TV when sitting up close although true Atmos is a soundbar and subwoofer. Lastly, cleaning this was a BAD IDEA! I’m sure other TV brands are sensitive to cleaning but wow using a dry microfiber cloth or a simple Swiffer RUINS this TV! Hence part of the reason why I returned it immediately. Save your money on better quality brands in the future and only use Roku’s players for their OS. I’ll definitely be looking at what other brands have to offer OLED is my top choice right now for my next TV purchase in the future. Sony peaks my interest not just for streaming, movie watching, but gaming as well on my PS5.

I’ve been a Roku fan since I started streaming services about 8 years ago. I was looking for a QLED TV and was going to add Roku to it. My 24 year old son did a bunch of research and picked this for his apartment. I followed his advice. Glad I did. Excellent picture and easiest use of any smart TV.

Bought this TV today hoping that it woukd be good but when we got it set up and watched avatar 2 on it i was absolutely blown away. Ive had an Oled c2 for a few years and bought this for my parents so i wasnt expecting it to be as good but dang it is outstanding. I just wish ROKU did a better job marketing it and had their display TVs actually play a great demo video like all the other brands!

Excellent TV for size my office. The colors are not OLED but if you’re wanting something more than LED but don’t feel the need to buy a theater quality view, this is it. Roku is second to none in the streaming industry. Everything is a piece of cake to setup, connecting to your providers is streamlined, and painless. Even got one for my in-laws who are completely tech illiterate. Will keep going for Roku brands when it’s time to update.

The first thing I would like to mention has nothing to do with this TV. Let's start with the packaging. I have never come across such an excellently engineered packaging design for a product. As everyone knows, TVs and the screen need to be well protected. The design of the fit, function, and protection is brilliant. From removing the TV to setting it up, everything was carefully thought through. If it was not for how this was packaged, there is no way this 66 year old would think of removing it and placing it on a stand alone. But, it was no issue at all. I was motivated to do it right away, because I had a bunch of new AVR and speaker equipment to set up as well. Help would not arrive until later, so I did it myself with no issue whatsoever.
Now on to the TV itself.... I have always hesitated to cross over to a higher end display, because given the limited supply of 4K programming, why go there? But, given this Roku Pro Series was 33% off, i felt it was time. Wow, I sure am happy with the decision to do so. I am a total Roku person. I have another Smart TV with a different built in streaming service, but I bypassed that and connected to a Roku Ultra because I personally feel that Roku's offerings and interface are hands down the best. Additionally, I like to reward the ground breakers and first entries into a technology and not the copy cats, and Roku fits that bill as well. Anyway, the Roku Pro Series turned out to be the way to go for me because I have YouTube TV, and earlier this year, YouTube TV introduced 720p60 and 1080p60 Enhanced video. Any 4K device that supports VP9 codec can handle this format. If you ask me, I can't tell the difference between this and 4K, and since there is a very limited supply of 4K programming, this ubiquitous 720p60 and 1080p60 Enhanced programming made my purchase of a Roku Pro Series TV a home run. The sharpness, contrast, and brilliant color are fantastic. As for audio, I am a sound bar person for all my TVs except this main TV in the family room where I have a Denon 7.2 AVR surround sound system that I connect to. But, for those who are not on the edge of audiophiledom, but have never been happy with TV speakers/audio, what is built into the Roku Pro Series (I have the 65") is better than anything I have ever heard on a TV itself.

Excellent TV with great picture quality and brightness. A little pricier than the TCL QM7 series, which scored slightly higher in reviews, but I personally liked the Roku OS and design of this tv more.

Didn't realize how bad the set it replaced was handling dark scenes. Very pleased with picture, sound and ease of set up. Replaced a 65" from 8 years ago - less than half the cost now, and twice the picture

I stream almost exclusively. 4K content from Amazon and Paramount+ looks incredible. HD content from Netflix upscales very well - I'm not sure I can see much of a difference between HD and 4K content because it upscales so well.
Sound quality is surprisingly good just using the TV speakers and has a fuller sound than I was expecting.
I do have an antenna and setting up over-the-air TV was super easy and works very well.
Previously was using a Roku Ultra, and this TV is much snappier and more responsive than the Ultra.
Later at night I use headphones, and it was very easy to pair my bluetooth headphones with the TV. Simply turning on the headphones redirects audio to the headphones and mutes the TV. Perfect for my needs.
Other nice features: Remote is backlit and supports voice commands. Casting audio, pictures or video from phone works. The Roku Media Player works for streaming content from my PC.

Give it 5 stars because it is as advertised from Roku. Excellent picture, better than average TV sound with better back firing speakers plus side firing speakers. The Roku platform works really nicely and I Iike the smaller simpler remote which keys light up, a nice touch for bedroom TV.

For the price point, this Roku Pro Series is arguably the best bang for the buck in miniLED tv technology. The picture quality is stunning, the 120hz refresh is very noticeable, and 4k Blu-ray content looks incredible. The built in speakers are designed to fill a room and do so wonderfully. Dolby vision and gaming on PS5 are also noticeably better implemented and smoother picture is observed. Overall highly recommend!

I opted for this model over a Sony because the picture quality looked nearly identical to me - and this was half the price. I have no regrets. The picture is great and the sound is surprisingly strong for a TV these days. I thought about getting my a soundbar but don’t think I need to now. I enjoy the Roku interface and the ease with which you can navigate to different apps and inputs. Great television! It was also the most incredibly well packaged TV I have ever unboxed. And having worked in retail for 25 years I have seen them all.
