Huge capacity, handles bedding with ease. We weren't sure how the impeller would clean, but it does a great job, as good or better than a traditional agitator. The smart features work very well, it fills the proper amount of water automatically, and lets us know when a load is finished washing with an Alexa announcement. Thus far this has been the favorite washer we've ever owned. Lets just hope it lasts.

I absolutely love this machine. It washes everything really well compared to my ge that died after 5yrs. Yes, it is a quiet machine, i have not had issues with it getting unbalanced, The only noise it makes is the song it plays, i think you can select to turn that off. I put on a protector for the glass. However, it seems pointless to use the wifi and app to send the wash cycle to the machine when you cannot turn on and start the machine from the app.

Really good quality. I like the option of choosing a deeper fill if needed. I like the active wear setting since I workout a lot. And there’s a white and color setting as well which is convenient. I really like the large capacity for the loads and there’s is more option for the soil level compare to only 3 in my older washer. So far I think it’s worth it!

Love my new smart washing machine so much, it sends me texts when the cycle is complete! I was sold water hoses I did not need, was to just return it, never told it had to be 14 days! They were still going to do it but said I didnt have the box. The delivery drivers handed me these hoses already out of a box and they and I even took a picture of how they delivered everything right inside my living room door. So my local store manager rudely refused to refund my $35. I got a BB credit card to come back and also purchase the dryer and a new refrigerator, I will pay off this BB card, close it and go back to Menards for my future purchases.

So far, this washer is exceeding my expectations. It works so well and all my clothes smell and feel so clean. I love all the different options available. Best buy pickup was quick and easy and we had help to load it.

It’s a heavy duty washing machine without the adatator it has a deep and big tub that you can wash your bedding like your blankets or just was a small load on quick wash also has a tune to let you know that the clothes are finished.

This smart washing machine works great with our other Samsung devices and we can leave home and control the device from our own smart phone. The clothes come out well rinsed and almost dry. We are very pleased with our purchase

The washer works great. My old one was almost 30 years old so this is a massive upgrade in every way.i can wash double or almost triple the size loads now.

I absolutely love this washing machine.! It will sync up with my Samsung smart phone through the "smart things" app and even let you control some functions from your phone. Very deep tub and it can do rather large loads compared to my older washer it replaced but I will admit it took a little bit to get used to the idea of a agitator-less washer at first but it seems to do a wonderful job over all. Now lets hope it lasts as long as my older one did.! ;-)

We like our new Samsung washing machine. The window top is very useful. The controls are easy to use with many features.

I recommend this washer, uses less detergent and water, the spin cycle works great, leaving the clothes nearly damp, therefore using less time in dryer.

This product works well, washes clothes well, and has an amazing smart app feature. Now I am able to know when the cycle ends and how much longer is going to take throughout my day. I can also control the cycles through the app, facilitating time and productivity.
