My OLED TVs are brighter and faster but I can’t leave static art displayed on them because of burn-in. The frame LCD can run 24 hours a day without burnin or high power consumption. This TV has a large “brain” in a separate box that requires professional installation (or decent DIY skills) in the wall behind the TV, but totally beautiful when done. Completely flat against the wall. I also ordered the beveled white frame as well. I highly recommend the combination. Nothing but complements by the people who see this. Mine is also placed outdoors in a covered patio but the sound from the embedded speakers is still more than enough to be heard. I was worried that the lack of walls might mute the volume but it is totally fine without the need for external speakers.

The picture is nice, the sound is ok (Would deduct 1/2 point for the sound). Overall the quality and software for tv is pretty good. Ordering a wood Deco frame to really make it appear to be a painting. Fun part is, we can change the pictures for any season. Big plus for my wife!!

It was on back order and we waited a couple months but it was totally worth it. Really helped it blend in. Snaps on easy. Could be less expensive but it works, so maybe you get what you pay for here.

Minimal glare even though we placed TV upstairs near a window and door to the outside. Sound is alright, for larger rooms would definitely suggest a soundbar or sound system. Also, mounting system instructions a bit difficult to follow with a system intended to be used with every Samsung Frame TV size instead of one specifically for the size bought. Love the ability to customize the outside frame. Suggest investing in a cord hider for the best ambiance.

The brown is pretty close to the black so it isn't a HUGE change from afar, but the other colors would be really nice. I used the TV for a month before putting the bezel on so my biggest frustration is that once I put it on, it seems to interfere with sensor for the remote. It was installed correctly but I took off and reinstalled and the same issue.

I apologize for any confusion regarding the remote – please know the Solar Cell remote does actually pair to your TV via Bluetooth; an RF signal is only emitted when pressing the power button, which at that time, will need to be within the sensor’s line of sight. If your remote’s signal is still unable to reach the TV, please do make sure the Customizable Bezel is snug in place and tight against the TV bezel to prevent any possible blockages.

Frame issues take away from the experience

Not the best sound, but acceptable (no where to out a soundbar). Picture is great, tv and art. BUT... it will NOT maintain the HDCP connection with my TiVo unit. In order to play anythin recorded on TiVo, you have to shut off the TV, and reboot the TiVo unit... EVERY time. Really annoying.
