No matter what size sleeve I use for the earbud it doesn't feel comfortable or stay in my ear. Would never considering purchasing any Shure product in the future. Moving from the Bose QC20 (due those finally failing after years) to these was a massive disappointment and shocking how poor the quality / design of this product is for $299
