Purchased this soundbar a week after buying a TCL 50" TV. Being a technically challenged 74 year old, the set up was relatively simple. And the sound, amazing compared to what I had before, theater like. Plus bluetooth, I play my iTunes through it. Really enjoy it, worth its value to me, but we old people impress easily. Quite happy with it!

I recently purchased this soundbar to complement my TCL Q7. Setting it up was surprisingly simple; it only took me about 6 minutes to connect everything. For $159, having Dolby Atmos, DTS Virtual X, and a wireless subwoofer feels like a steal. While there are better options out there, the value for money is impressive. I look forward to see how the soundbar continues to perform while having these features. However, I did encounter some minor issues. One of them is that it's sometimes hard to gauge how much I've adjusted the different modes because the indicator lights are directly above the soundbar. Occasionally, I had to peek up to check. Nevertheless, this is not a deal breaker for me. What I'm getting out of this soundbar outweighs that minor inconvenience.

This product functions better than I expected. For a 2.1 system it fills a small room perfectly. So much so, most of the time I keep the volume around 30%. At night I use the night mode function and it balances the audio to reduce the bass. To get the most of this system, I recommend downloading the app. It allows you to visually configure your settings. I definitely recommend this product if you're looking for something to upgrade from your regular T.V / monitor speakers.

I purchased the TCL S55H sound bar with wireless subwoofer in January- Over the last 2 months, it has performed very well! It has great sound for the value! It comes with an HDMI cable, however, the sound bar can connect to tbe TV via Bluetooth (if your TV has this feature), therefore no wires are necessary. It is also very easy to set up! I absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking to enjoy their TV entertainment experience without breaking the budget.

To be honest I was completely shocked that this system at this price provided one of the best sounds out there. The bass and customization on the app is a huge plus!

Product is great. Compatible with TCL television. Bluetooth capabilities. Subwoffer is great. Surround sound is great. Great buy. I will purchase this for other TCL.

Sounds great. Easy to connect to my device. I bought a LG tv and was able to make the sound much better.

i have it hooked up to my frame TV.it is so easy to connect to TV by ARC or BT，especially it is very powerful and has wonderful sound quality. it gives me a theatre felling,so It is worth and recommended to buy.I went to a Best Buy store to look at soundbars before. The sales recommended several models to me. After understanding them, I finally chose this one. The online order was delivered very quickly. the soundbar is so easy to connect to my TV by ARC or BT，especially it is very powerful and has wonderful sound quality. it gives me a theatre felling,so It is worth and recommended to buy

Very big sound for such a small device. I’m not using this in a home theater capacity by any means, but for general consumption of streaming content, it is very impressive.

Not only does it look great, but most importantly it sounds awesome! For the price its an amazing value. Bass is deep and volume is crisp. It integrates with my TCL QM7 like butter!

Soundbar worked well for a few weeks. After week 3 it started to sound weird (muffled sounds like underwater) it also keeps disconnecting from the subwoofer from time to time. So I have to keep pairing the subwoofer to the soundbar. It also says out loud each time you change the setting (Bluetooth, HDMI ARC) or change the treble, bass and that’s quite annoying. My 10 year old soundbar from Samsung never did that and never had issues. I wish I never bought this one. I reached to the TCL team and they can’t do anything about it. If you buy it from Best Buy get the protection plan. I also don’t like how it announces everything.

I did not list them all. The sub woofer is amazing and it is so impressive when you are not expecting it too. This product is a great product but even more amazing than the product is the customer service from TCL. I have been impressed when I have communicated with them. Not only do they take the time to listen and help you. They get in contact once the service ticket is closed and make sure you are doing well and the product is working property. If you want a great quality soundbar and a very affordable price please really think about TCL.

Overall this is a great soundbar and easy to install/ set up. My only gripe is the eARC HDMI connection was extremely unstable, it would cut out for 5-10 seconds of audio every 10 minutes or so. I fixed this by connecting it to my TCL tv via optical. This isn’t ideal though, as optical connection apparently renders the CEC function unusable, meaning I can’t use my Roku remote to control the volume when it’s connected via optical, I can only use the TCL soundbar remote. That’s why I can’t give it 5 stars. I’m not sure if the audio issues with eARC is a TCL issue or an eARC issue— I’ve seen a lot online about eARC being unstable by design. But regardless, the result is the same for the consumer so it’s sort of a distinction without difference.

I know TCL wasn't always the best brand. This Black Friday, I bought a TV for what it's worth. As well as this soundbar, it was a much-needed upgrade—cheap and solid sound . For Dolby Atmos, it's funny the box doesn't state it, but it also has DTS Virtual! For the price, you're getting a premium product. It also has firmware improvements; I'm pretty impressed. I had a Samsung optical Dolby Digital and DTS only. This is way ahead. Other soundbars are $300 if you want Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual.

I love my soundbar! It’s so easy to use, I love connecting my phone to Bluetooth and playing music. This is a great price for high quality speakers
