This TV works great! It’s lightweight and easy to move. Because it’s 55 inches, it’s easy to grab from the bottom corners by yourself. The picture quality is amazing, much better quality than the 55-in Hisense with Roku at my old place. The sound is great.
I love that Fire TV allows different profiles and each profile is allowed to have their own subscription accounts, great for when family/friends come to visit. They can easily access what they’ve been watching on their streaming services.

Was wanting an inexpensive, good quality replacement TV for my home office (not my "main" TV): mission accomplished. This TV has a lot of features that you might not find on a similarly priced budget TV; like Dolby HDR and HDR10 (for enhanced picture quality) and Atmos (for enhanced audio quality). It also features an abundance of connectors, including (but not limited to): HDMI 2.1 (3), USB 2.0 (2) and digital optical. It even has a headphone jack and an ethernet port in case you can't or don't want to use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. According to Best Buy, the TV I purchased is a newer version of the 55” C350 Series (Model Number 55C350LU); it became available in late May of 2023. Don't really know what the difference is from the older 2021 version (Model Number 55C350KU). According to the online product descriptions, mine seems to have one less HDMI port (3 vs. 4), but all are now the more advanced HDMI 2.1 ports (3 vs. 1). Whatever the differences are, I’m guessing they’re relatively minor. (BTW, at the time of this writing, the posted Best Buy photo showing the back of this TV may not be accurate; the back of my TV looks exactly like the photo posted for the 2021 model, and yes, my TV has a label with the 2023 model number.) My only small complaint is that the VESA mounts for this TV are 200 mm X 300 mm, which to me seems a little unusual. (Again, the posted picture does not accurately show the position of the VESA mounts.) The horizontal measurement being only 200 mm and narrower than the vertical meant that none of the mounting patterns offered by my existing "universal" mount fits this TV. That's another "no big deal" if you're using the provided stand/feet and not wall mounting. Picture quality seems fine to me. Is the quality as good as a similar-sized "QLED" or "OLED" TV that costs 3-5X as much or more? Who knows?...probably not...but the only way I'd know for sure would be to compare them next to each other at home in the same room. To summarize, it may not be perfect, but this is a great, feature-packed TV for the price.

This is my second Toshiba purchase from Best Buy. My last TV stopped working after 5 years, which made me a little apprehensive, but I went with this one anyway on a Black Friday deal. This picture quality, sound, size, and weight are perfect for my needs, no complaints.

Got this 55 incher on sale$279. Not a smart tv but an Amazon fire tv, there is a difference. Because fire stick/cube has been my primary streaming device for a couple years there was no learning curve. Very easy for me to navigate. Best viewed head on, viewing from side angles has a washed out look that’s fine for me, I bought a stand with swivel

Hi Kenn! I am incredibly grateful for your feedback on the Toshiba 55" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV. The fact that it is not just a smart TV, but an Amazon Fire TV, makes it extremely convenient for someone like me who has been using Fire Stick/Cube for years. The excellent picture quality and easy navigation make it a great value for my money, especially with the 1-year manufacturer warranty for added peace of mind. Thank you for sharing your experience with this long-lasting product!

Beautiful picture, very easy set up and easy to use. Every once in awhile I get a pixelated spot while watching cable so I believe it’s Spectrum vs the new TV. Only had it a couple weeks and everything it great! Can’t beat the price and I did a lot of research.

So far, so good. Nice picture quality and nice sound. Going to add a sound bar. We have other Toshiba TVs and we like the Toshiba brand. They’ve been very reliable. Couldn’t beat the price on this one.

I bought this to replace a 20 year old, rear projection TV. Wow. I can't believe what I've been missing for the past 20 years. Picture is sharp, crisp and colorful. I see details that I haven't seen before. Setup was a breeze. It took longer to remove it from the box and attach the legs that to set it up. I'm a 70+ woman, 5'3" and I didn't need any help lifting it out the box, setting it on the TV stand or attaching the safety straps (bought separately). Just remember to buy an HDMI cable, because it doesn't come with one. Overall, if I could give this product 10 stars, I would. Very satisfied and I highly recommend.

My old television died and it was time for a new one. Went to Best Buy and found the 55” Toshiba fire tv for $250. This television has great quality, it is the perfect size I was looking for and has so many options to include Netflix,Hulu, prime video and many others. Brought it home, hooked up to hdmi cable and power cord and, wah lay, television was working. Television is extremely light, hooked it up to wall mount and now my bedroom is like a movie theater. Can’t beat the quality nor the price, especially for a 4k screen.

Toshiba - 55" C350LU Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV.
The Toshiba - 55" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV is an awesome TV for the size, features, quality and the price. There are three things to consider. First, there are light dark vertical shades on both sides (Close to the corner - left and right) during white screen or background - See first image (Green arrows). Maybe due to the TV being direct lit or possible that all TV’s has it during white screen or background. Second, according to the Specifications, for this version (55”) it has one HDMI 2.1 Input. However, it only had HDMI Input Mode 2 (2.0) option (In settings) when an HDMI device/ game console is connected to the TV. Looking at the Specifications from all the different sizes - size 55” and below shows that they have one HDMI 2.1 and size 65” and 75” both have four (All) HDMI 2.1. Lastly, cannot confirm the Motion Rate 120, although experiencing no pixel issues so far. Overall it’s a great TV. The image(s) attached is the Picture calibration Settings optimized for the Toshiba - 55" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV. Feel free to apply to your TV Picture Settings.

Easiest electronic set up I’ve ever done. All this tv wants is your wireless password and it does the rest. It fit into our universal tv stand great and is lighter weight than old tv. We watch over the air tv a lot and new tvs still don’t have built in antenna so you’ll need to add yours….but that is also easy. This is my first ‘smart’ tv so I don’t need my roku anymore. The picture and clarity are really good (for the price) and I like the viewing area going all the way to the edge of the screen.

Love these Toshiba Smart TVs. One of my two smaller versions lasted exactly 4 years, so I’m hoping this one will provide a bit more use before it’s time to replace it. The other one is still ticking strong at 6 years. Regardless, the ease of use of the Fire platform, viewing angles, and realistic picture, brought me back for another.
