So far so good! Had the unit for 3weeks and replaced our older Viking model. Old one was 11 years old. Features are adequate. You can adjust power levels and has enough presets. Took a long time to get delivered over a month, as this was not a standard stock item from BB.

Great addition to my Viking appliances. Best Buy was there too fulfill my needs.

Fit the built in space perfectly. Looks great. We have a Viking convection oven that is excellent. Hoping the microwave will be the same.

Replaced an older Viking model. It's the same simple design. The 13 year old existing trim kit worked with the new microwave. A big savings.

We had the same microwave installed as our old one from 2005. Best Buy experience is the best in the industry. I have all my home appliances from Best Buy with their total tech warranty.

The display screen was blue and the numbers were also blue so could not really read very well, not sure if this is the design or if ours was broken, but sending it back - too pricey to look cheap

It is large and has capacity for a large roasting chicken. The inside is easy to clean and user friendly. When i reheat my food it very fast and evenly heated. Recommend this product.

It is exactly like my old 22 year old Sharp Carousel microwave except it costs hundreds more due to the name Viking on the front. The old one still worked but the light panel was burned out. If Sharp still made the exact size (built in) I would have gotten a Sharp. This one is the exact size of the old one it bought 22 years ago.

The blaring blue lcd sums it up. Its 2000s tech. You cant read it from afar. You cant turn it off, despite the over the top brightness for a cheap lcd. At an angle? Nope so you csnt even say its a good clock. Press the keys and it has play. Its just really mid. Id rate this at 300 bucks quality. Other than a logo it has nothing. Going to give this to the guest kitchen and get a bosh instead.

This microwave excels at heating food quickly and evenly. It’s easy to use. The unit offers a variety of presets. If you like bacon you will not be disappointed.

I think this microwave will work out well. The only reason I bought it was because it replaced my old Viking microwave and fit the dimensions. I felt it was a little overpriced for the product but solid just the same.

These are expensive but they are so much better than less expensive competitors. We replaced a $400 GE with the Viking. Much higher quality!! Good delivery on Best Buys part.

Excellent microwave. My last Viking lasted 20 years which is why I purchased this one. So reliable.

It works, so that's a plus, and it's stainless, so it matches our other appliances. It is very basic, for it's price, and it is literally 2x the cost of other microwaves. The screen for both clock and time looks as if it were from 20 years ago. Not centered and very old school look. Also, the clock/timer button is one and is not intuitive at all. You have to press 1 to change the clock, even after set, or 2 to get to the timer. All in all, for the price, it's not worth it. Unfortunately, because we have this brand appliances, we went for a match, but in retrospect would have gone with a cheaper, better looking and functioning option.
