Sold my relative the wrong batteries. In spite of having the phone model number and the exact model number of battery, I needed. They assured her they would work. NOT!! In fact they had sold me the correct batteries, a couple of weeks prior. They weren’t even the right mAh. They sold them to her because they had not reordered the correct ones after I had purchased the last two correct ones, a couple of weeks before. In fact, they still haven’t restocked the correct ones that I still need! ugh

Once again, when another electronics store in our area, did not stock phone batteries anymore, maybe they could special order it, but were unable to confirm a match, BEST BUY was easily able to confirm a matching battery for my needs, but walked me to a shelf and there it was! The VTech Nickel Metal Hydride Battery added more and longer lasting power than my phone ever had. It was easy to install,and charges to full much faster than the phone ever did. I reccomend its use with confidence.

The battery has been working very well. The phone started working as soon as I inserted the battery, and has been recharging when the phone's not in use.

Save me from replacing my phone. ...Was thankful it was in store and i did not had to wait for delivery.

Can hear my phone very clear when talking to someone. The battery last a very long time until you need a new one. Very easy To remove and install. You do not have to charge this battery. When it starts to go down you just go purchase a new one because they last forever. They are great.

V-tech - Nickel Metal Hydride Battery. Not every store carries this battery. Glad to find it at Best Buy. Easily installed. Used it to replace 10 year old battery.

Interesting highlight - the image shown here is not exactly the battery I bought. Yes, i bought a battery for the home phone. But the one I bought was white, not green. I thought I had done my research and believed the one depicted was the one I needed. But I learned that green would not work for my phone. White worked for my phone type and now my phone works like it did when it was brand new. Note 2 - green is the only type shown on the site. So purchasing requires more homework to get what you need. I know, who still has a landline phone? But it serves as another point of contact, giving my cell a chance to recharge without my hovering. And I like doing it that way. ~$10 well spent. So if you need a like battery for a landline phone, definitely read the compatibility in order to get a useful match. Be it the green or the white, for phones that need this type of battery it matches for numerous phones. I am just glad Best Buy sold what I needed and has options for most phones needing this type of battery.
