Very stylish and works great! I love the dual Ice machines and that you can choose to turn one off when not needed which gives extra freezer space. I also love the platter tray pull out, it’s perfect for cakes, charcuterie boards and more.

This fridge makes the most efficient use of space! The double ice maker is awesome. Whirlpool is always dependable. The installation was on schedule & the installers were professional and knowledgeable. BUT-one door was damaged and we were told the replacement would be ordered and to us within 2 weeks-it has been almost 4. I tried calling and online chatting, but had extended wait on hold. Please help us get replacement door. Thanks!

I decided to buy this fridge to replace an aging GE that had a bad layout. I would have not put together that almost all refrigerators are the same physical footprint, but I could not figure out that the difference with the extra cubic foot or two is the size ice maker you are getting. When I looked at this one compared to the one with the larger ice maker you lose a ton of space. After reading reviews on many of these I chose this one because of the DUAL ice makers. Because the small one for the door is indeed slow to refill itself. This household has alot of visitors and we go through tons of ice. The below ice maker has a giant tray and makes ice the same size and shape so its easy to ferry ice to the top maker if it runs out. The below ice maker can refill the giant bin in about a day and a half. You will want to shovel the ice around to make sure it completely fills it up. The fridge itself is cavernous with room for everything. I also chose this one over the extra middle drawer as that just steals space from you and this one has the same kind of drawer at the bottom. I have not experienced any issues with the bottom ice maker as in some reviews. The main bonus on this fridge is it uses half of the electricity the old GE used (I have energy monitors on every appliance) so it is already saving me money. The GE went to the garage where after two months it died. I believe in waiting for a few months to write reviews and this has not given me any issues. Best buy installed it and they are always on time and did an amazing job, even rolling it to a different door just to be more careful.

I am very happy with this new refrigerator! I had an LG that was bigger and had more bells and whistles, but at barely 6 years old, the compressor went out~ like soooo many other people have experienced with the LG refrigerators. Trying to get it repaired via the class action lawsuit against LG just wasn't worth all the time and energy required. (I literally spent 3 days on the phone with LG and local repair shops ALL saying they wouldn't work on an LG refrigerator ever again!) So I went more "old school" with my new Whirlpool and couldn't be happier! the extra ice maker in the freezer is so wonderful to have for parties!

Horrible from the start. In door icemaker didn’t work to start with and was replaced and repaired several times. Had to buy separate pellet icemaker after warranty expired. Now at 2 year mark and compressor is out and apparently it would cost $1000 to replace so it’s headed to the scrap yard after only 2 years of use. Worst refrigerator I ever owned. I will never buy another Whirlpool product ever again.

We had the fridge less than six months and it already needed a new board. Have the Best Buy warranty thing and they tell me the manufacturer fixes it in the first year. Then what was the point of paying gobs for a Best Buy warranty they we can’t even use in the first year? Now less than two weeks later the fridge is doing the same exact thing. Definitely would not buy this fridge again.

Love my new fridge! It's very spacious and I love the bright lights. I do wish the shelves had more adjustable options.

having the two ice makers is a must. since the top one doesn't hold that much, but enough for daily use. the bottom one is perfect when you have guests over

This refrigerator is extremely loud. I am going to place a service call to fix the loud whining noise when getting water. I would recommend this item if the noises can be resolved

Our Whirlpool Refrigerator is now about six months old. We couldn't be happier. The ice maker features work far better than our previous unit. The adjustability of the interior shelves allows us to more efficiently store items within. My Best Buy salesman (the department manager) was very knowledgeable and helped us through a kitchen-wide purchase.

just got it installed a few days ago and really love it so far. Was a little disappointed in the delivery service. They just dropped it and ran. Needed to level it myself.

So far this Refrigerator has been great. It's quiet and has plenty of room for everything. Best Buy delivery and installation was great as well.

So I've had this fridge for under two years, and though it has great features, I can't recommend it. Within the first year, the lights started to go out, so a tech had to come and fix. He said it was a fairly common issue. Then 18 months into its life it started chirping its chime over and over, and the lights on the display panel above the ice dispenser started blinking/fuzzing in and out. The touch screen wouldn't respond to anything. I put a thermometer in the fridge and it wasn't holding a temp. We fortunately have our downstairs fridge and we were able to move most things into that. (That fridge is 30 years old, by the way.) We unplugged it for an hour and once we plugged it back in, it was doing the same thing. We unplugged it overnight and plugged it back in, and the chime didn't come on this time, but the touchscreen was still fizzing in and out. We left it on, and the temp came down and the touch panel slowly regained function. Right now I really don't trust this fridge, and it's less than 2 years old. I hesitate to call in a repair, as it seems to be working fine again. I certainly don't like that it hangs over my head I may have to move all my stuff between my fridges at 2 in the morning
