Best Buy was great at replacing the units, however all replacements had the same outcome. Ended up getting a refund. This is definitely a whirlpool issue.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolute hot garbage. 2 washers, both broken inside 6 months. And nobody works on these, so it's nearly impossible to get them fixed. Now I've got 2 machines that are non operational that costed $7000. Whirlpool service is also terrible. Their maintenance people no showed twice before letting me know they don't work on commercial units. I have no recourse except to try and sue Whirlpool and keep it below small claims threshold.
