When the installers arrived, they couldn’t complete the installation because the power cord was too short to reach the outlet. I was willing to handle the wiring later, but they refused to install it because the cutout dimensions didn’t match the new oven’s requirements. After paying an extra cash $85, they agreed to cut two small pieces and install it. This is terrible installation service. Don’t use Best Buy’s installation service!
