Yes, just go to the gsync tab in Nvidia settings and enable g-sync and select the display under display specific settings and enable settings for this display. It will show this display is not validated but make sure the box is ticked. I also have console mode turned on in the monitor settings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is supported. You have to use DisplayPort on the video card and monitor. It will not support it via HDMI. As in the other comment, make sure you have the latest drivers installed and gsync enabled in the nVidia control panel.
