A:AnswerSalesman at the store in Yorba Linda said they have answering service after going to the store to talk to someone. They lost over $520.00 in one visit because I was so mad I returned the items. I told Rich that no one answers the phone and he didn't seem to care.
The last time they answered was about a month ago and I got so much misinformation after three discusions with people who work at the store. I don't shop at places like this and it is too bad their management doesn't care.
