Salesman at the store in Yorba Linda said they have answering service after going to the store to talk to someone. They lost over $520.00 in one visit because I was so mad I returned the items. I told Rich that no one answers the phone and he didn't seem to care. The last time they answered was about a month ago and I got so much misinformation after three discusions with people who work at the store. I don't shop at places like this and it is too bad their management doesn't care.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an order that need to be picked up. I will have to drive 20 miles one way to see if its even in the store. The idiots at the call center are foreign, do not speak english, and they don't know what is going on in the physical store. After my order is picked up, i will no longer shop at Best Buy due to this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.LOL... they don't care. I bought 3 major kitchen appliances at a Best Buy and joined their My Best Buy Total membership. But the next day, I had some questions about the products I ordered so I called. And called... and called... and called.... and called... In more than 2 dozen calls over 2 days, I always got the central call center, and no one could answer my questions. Once they get your money, they stop "caring". I think I'm going to call to cancel the order - and my membership. It all sounded too good to be true... I'm sure it is after what I've experienced the last 2 days.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just don't shop best buy anymore. DONT! The stores actually don't answer, even if you get a customer rep to call the store! Even if you find the management email, or even if you find the right code to call and leave a voicemail. If your thinking about anything that would require a warranty or tech support. Go anywhere else!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's corporate decisions like this that entice us to make purchases on-line. When Best Buy chooses to NOT answer the phone from consumers, what value do they offer? They're not the same company they once were, and Amazon is reaping the rewards of decisions like theirs!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bought a TV. Got it installed. Had a couple of questions for the (excellent) Magolia guy who sold it to me. Tried to call the store, got routed to a call center overseas, was told stores no longer take calls. The only way I can speak to the guy is to get in my car and drive to the store. I told her I was cancelling my best buy card and the company would no longer get a cent of my money. Unacceptable customer service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Online order was to be picked up same day. Sat all day never processed. Tried calling the store and got a call center. Was told no best buy store in the US takes customer calls. This is why people stop buying at best buy. They could care less about their customers. Hope they all go bankrupt and close.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same proble here in Puerto Rico looking to buy a new laptop i use the chat on their online page and the guy is located in the usa and dont have a clue of the two sotores here in Puerto Rico have no comunication with the stores here, have no way to see in their inventory and cant sell online to Puerto Rico?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because they seem to want to drive you to Amazon. I can read from the website as well as the call center. Not the fault of the call center employees, just the idiot executives that give themselves bonuses for cutting cost while driving customers away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried for almost two hours to reach a human at a local store. Each time I called, I was automatically routed to a call center. People there tried a couple of times to connect me to a person at the local store, but each time the call got cut off when they tried to transfer me. Then I would call back and wait on hold for a long time before trying again with a new agent. I tried the chat feature, but the person there told me that only the phone agents could connect me with a local person. The third person I talked with told me it was impossible to request a call-back from a human at a particular store. I finally had them cancel my order. I might as well have ordered from Amazon--the entire point of choosing Best Buy was to have a local store where I could talk to a person.
