I do not know. But to my knowledge the internet routers works with any provider of services in the internet, I think that the internet provider is the one that controls that.. I have a Sony and Samsung DVD'S which connects to the internet and they provide only specific services such as Netflix, etc. but you have to look for others thru their box and require the service, such as Time Warner..

Hi, ME. The Belkin N600 Dual-Band router should be compatible to work with all ISPs including Spectrum (Timewarner). Just make sure that you have a cable modem that provides active internet connection.
