A:AnswerThe manual says to unplug it.. I dont know what exactly it would hurt if you left it plugged in though. I've had mine about 2 weeks I think and I unplug it when I'm done. Not the best answer but probably the safest.
Also, side note. The first couple time you try something different I wouldn't go to far from the air dryer until you know how it will cook. I had a rotisserie chicken going and a wing got loose on me haha.

A:AnswerYes, but I haven’t had any issues wiping it down with a cloth and an organic multipurpose cleaner after it cools. I think the steam created during cooking makes cleanup very easy. There is also a drip pan that gets cleaned like the crisper pans. It pulls out and gets a bath in warm soapy water.

A:AnswerI have it plugged into a regular kitchen outlet when in use and haven’t had any problems. I don’t know what a now outlet is. I unplug it when I’m not using it. Hope this helps!
