Does the adapter work with surface go? null

I have a Surface Pro and it works very well with that device. I would assume that it with therefore work with any of the Surface models. By the way, it also works with a MacBook Pro.

This adapter connects most Windows USB-C devices (with DP Alt Mode) to an HDMI-enabled monitor.
