QuestionDoes it actually heat up the water?I have a little green machine I just bought last week for the same price. Is this and upgraded version of the little green machine? Does it heat up the water? Does it have more than 1 attachment? From the picture it looks like it does, what is it? Is it special or just a duplicate of the same part?

- Answer No, you add hot water to the clean water solution tank. It doesn't heat up the water its self.

- Answer Yes! I actually put vinegar and water in it and clean the mattress with that. I also then sprinkle some baking soda on it when it's still wet. Let dry and then vacuum it up. Bissell now makes a pet urine carpet cleaning solution that is fabulous.

- Answer No. For the vacuum to get the right suction off a hard surface the tip of the nozzle will need rubber lips to get the right seal. This only has a hard plastic tip meant to work in carpet only.

- Answer Yes. It comes with 2 cleaning heads, and both of them have a button that you depress and allows the cover to come off of the head so you can clean it out.

- Answer It doesn't, as far as I can see some off. I recommend sucking clean water from a bowl a couple times to give the hose and tank a good rinsing. I do this once every few uses and I've had no problems with odors or build up.
