- Answer I am 6'1" and I have it out in my garage, just inside the garage door. With the garage door fully open, it is 7'6" to the floor. The only time I am really standing 'fully upright' is at the (lowest setting. I look to do pyramids). As you get into the harder settings, you tend to lean forward and grab the upper handlebars (a little hunched over) but I think it would probably work out. Worst case - there are 4 'pads on the bottom that are used to level it out on even floors. You could probably unscrew them and get another inch or so of clearance

If you purchase the single box M9, the dimensions are as follows: L 46.5" x W 22.5" x H 31.5" - 163 lbs. QuestionI recently purchased the M9. What I can't figure out is the adaptive training. Is the M9 suppose to auto-adjust the resistance when an adaptive training is chosen? I was expecting the resistance to increase and/or decrease during the workout, correct?

- Answer I have a max trainer M9, and from what I understand it used to have auto resistance and some people still have it but they had to do some sort of update. Don’t know if BowFlex had so many problems with it , that they just removed it from the new updated program. I wish they would put it back. Now the training programs don’t match with what you’re doing.
