These fans can be flipped over 180 degrees to go from intake to exhaust. There is a indicator arrow on the side of the fan that shows which way the air will move.

Either one. There's little arrows on the product to show you which way it blows, and you can screw them in either way.

The fans rotate in one direction just like any other case fan just flip it.

As with all fans, they can be mounted forward or reverse facing and will act as intake or exhaust.
