You'll get everything on October 8th, which is when the game releases for 3 day early access.

Early access is the 8th, not the 7th. Nothing was officially stated but I don't see why any of the bonuses wouldn't be available from the start. Keep in mind that the pre order character is only voiced in Japanese but every other character does have English as an option.
