• A:Answer You don’t get the pre order bonus. I would avoid pre ordering it from a retailer. Clearly Best Buy has been deleting questions about the pre order bonus missing and they aren’t helpful.

• A:Answer Because of Best Buy's guideline I can't name specific websites, but contact the manufacturer's (BN) live chat support. You'll need to create an account for the chat button to show up on the bottom right of the web page. Go through the bot assist messages to connect to a live agent. Explain the situation. They should then ask you to upload your receipt/proof of purchase. After they verify, they should drop the pre-order bonus code in the chat.
