I had this problem. I got the app updated it and now it powers up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I experienced the same exact issue on my brand new Link10. It's a battery problem. The battery inside our units are old. Bring it back to have your unit replaced, not just repaired.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to update you firmware. You can do this by downloading the JBL app to a mobile device. Run the app, turn on your speaker, find your speaker on the app and follow the guide to update. Once update is done, and it says "let's party". Check to see that it's sorted out.

Please try again later.figured it out. plug in your boombox . push the power button to turn it on . hold volume up + connect til it turn off . it will turn on again automatically. now pull out the charger , then press the power button to turn the device off. now problem is solved
