It will work with any keyboard, Logitech or not. The USB Bluetooth adapter can just be plugged into the computer tower, like the usb cord/adapter for a keyboard would.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As far as I know yes. The keyboard and mouse tie in separately on the computer. You do need to have one of the Logitech keyboards that use the same type of usb receiver. if not you will have to use two separate USB ports. The nice thing about the mouse is that it connects to Bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello LANCE! The ERGO M575 Wireless Trackball Mouse with Ergonomic Design can work along any Logitech keyboard of your choice yes, as long as the mouse is paired to the computer via Bluetooth or the included USB Unifying Receiver. If you want to connect both the keyboard that you have and the ERGO M575 on the same Unifying Receiver (to save on USB ports in example), you will need to make sure your keyboard is also using a Unifying Receiver (should have an orange star logo on the Receiver). If that's the case, then download the Logitech Unifying Software https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913-Logitech-Unifying-Software, install, and follow the steps in the software to connect both products to a single Unifying Receiver. - Mathieu from Logitech
