Hello Perry. The K750 can only be paired with a single receiver. You can purchase a second unifying receiver (https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/unifying-receiver-usb?crid=7), but you will have to go through the re-pairing process each time you want to switch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can get extra USB nubs. You can purchase a cheap mouse if you can't find one on eBay. Just make sure it has that Unifying transceiver symbol on it. I have connected multiple Logitech devices to a single PC (keyboard and mouse) with a single nub, but I have not tried connecting one keyboard to two PCs so I don't know for-sure if that will work. However, the USB nub is not uniquely paired to devices it ships with, they are generic.
