This thing is a piece of garbage. It will not sync up with my Samsung Note. The guy at Best Buy SWORE it would charge through the Otterbox cover. What a joke. At first, it would sync up about half the time, then quit. Now it does nothing but blink. I use a regular cable to charge my phone... the Mophie is useless. It just sits there blinking, and NO... there are NOT any foreign metal objects interfering with anything. Mophie SUCKS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The light will go solid when charging, I believe blinking means there is some sort of error.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If properly charged it should stay blue. If it blinks red it means its not charging properly. You must use the wall socket adapter to charge. It cannot charge directly a computer. I read the instructions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My mophie juice pack for the Samsung Galaxy s9 won't charge my phone. I plugged it into the wall they're for blinking lights they're solid but it's not charging. What can I do to fix it?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The product wasn't designed to be broken down more than once. Just bought my morphie yesterday and after 1200 miles of travel, it worked the entire time on a DC to ac converter. So I took it apart to get it upstairs. Went to put it back together and flashing blue light.... Several Google posts later and (unfortunately its Thanksgiving so no open best buy) I gave the prongs a bit of inspection. Weirdly, (with the light facing you) the first set of female plug are actually tri connectors not dual. I realized they were bent. Bent them back in place, CAREFULLY, and I'm g2g. Bad design flaw. Put it together and leave it together. I'll update this post if it goes out for any other reason. But so far so good. 40-100% no problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem. SIMPLE fix. Just make sure the charger is plugged directly into a wall socket - not into the USB port of another device. Mine was plugged into the USB port on my laptop. It wouldn't charge properly. The light was flashing every 15 seconds and the phone was flashing the battery symbol at the same time. I tried removing the phone case - no difference. Once I plugged it directly into the wall it started charging normally again immediately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Garbage, I will never bye from Best Bye again, NEVER!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you store a metal piece like SIM card release probe between iPhone and case the light may blink.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The wireless charging base has an LED that indicates its charging status: LED illuminated continuously: • The wireless device is properly charging. LED flashing: • A metallic foreign object (keys, etc.) has been detected on the wireless charging base.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m using it with an iPhone X and when I put my phone on the charging plate, my phone issues a tone and a lightning bolt appears next to the battery icon in the upper righthand corner. Also, the battery icon turns green.
