Activate bluetooth on phone. Turn on bluetooth device and put it on. Phone should sense bluetooth device and present a message. Tap the name of bluetooth device on the message and you should hear "phone one connected".

You will need to place your headset in pairing mode manually by powering it on, then pressing and holding the call control button for at least 6 seconds until your headset's LED starts flashing red/blue and it says "pairing". Afterwards, just open your phone's Bluetooth settings, scan for devices and select your headset from the list to complete the pairing process. I have a Galaxy S5 and I can only assume they have the same functionality. Go into setting under your bluetooth, find your device choice. Hold the center key down on your phone until the lights flash on the bluetooth letting you know it's paired.

Once you download the plantronics app it should pair automatically. Go to yoiur bluetooth settings on the phone to make sure it is discoverable.
