Click the link they email you and it is simple it guides you though ... personally I removed it off my computer within a week it slowed my computer down so badly I literally could not do a thing on it I went back to what I had prior to this for the last 4 years which never slowed my comp. down.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There should have been an email from Bestbuy (geek squad) re Trend just after your purchase. If you've already deleted these emails, log on to your BB account and go to purchases/orders. Even though it's a freebie it will be shown as a purchase. Should be a link to down load it again from there. If not call customer service and they should be able to resend the link so long as there's still time remaining on the free 6 months. I believe the 6 months starts from purchase date, not install date. Of course I might be wrong. In any event, I certainly hope you haven't been using your computer without some kind of virus protection for the past 3 months.
