What is the return policy if your cats end up not using it? whisker has a 90 day return even if used. null

I bought this on June 17th,and did not receive it until June 20th. my best buy account states that this is returnable until September 15th. So around the same as whisker on the return date range. honestly Im sure best buy will take it back even if its used as long as its cleaned. They either sell it back to whisker, who just santizes it and resells it, or best buy will sell it as an open box. Also best buy's protection plan is for 4 years for 100 while I believe whiskers is for 3 years for $100. You didn't ask for that but that was one of the factors that made me decide to order from best buy.

Best buy needs to provide a clear explination on returns because I was told 14 days at time of purchase. You may sign up for some membership scam I mean plan than allows you a longer return window as well as after-sale price matching.

I think Best Buy only has a 30 return. You will have to call the store.
