Customer Ratings & Reviews

Works great. No problem hooking it up with Wi-Fi. Easy too use, even for a dumb dumb, such as myself.

This HP prints quickly and crisply. I've printed several images that were part of a print selection, and they were crisp and clear. Now, it's noisier than most ink jet printers, but I'm sure that's because it's also much quicker than most ink jet printers. It's a tradeoff I'm more than willing to make. Setup was initially easy; it connected to my WiFi quickly. It was making sure that my and my wife's laptops both were connected to the printer so that we could print remotely, as we're all accustomed to doing now with our computers and home printers. Did we get connected? Yes. Was it simple? Nope. The directions weren't clear to us, but we stumbled through things and all is well now. That seemed an unusual gaffe on HP's part (hence four stars instead of five), but we did figure it out and all is now well. We're happy with the printer and the pleased with our purchase.

Canon - PIXMA TR4720 is a quality printer. It is easy to install and connects well from all devices.

I’ve been really happy with this product so far. It was easy to set up and works exactly as expected. The quality is great for the price, and I’ve had no major issues using it. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something reliable and easy to use.

The price was right. Salesman was so helpful. I just plugged it in, and setting up only took a few minutes and it was easy, and made my first print within minutes, great quality print, I am very happy with this purchase.

I am very pleased with this printer as far as the set up and how easy it it is to use to connect to my WiFi. It was also very easy to print documents from my phone and super quick and easy to connect to my laptop and print items from there too. Best printer for the money I have found in a long time.

Well, it was almost too easy to set up. It's weird because I'm old school, and wish that I had a manual,or if I knew where it was located. I guess I just have to Google it. Did test print,it's wireless and hooked itself up to router.

Best printer clean images economic price and that most important work perfect

The set up was super easy and there has been absolutely no issues, even with the entire family printing from their computers, smartphones, and ipads. I love the convenience of the feeder option so multiple documents can be scanned at once. Absolutely recommend this printer for home ise and office us!!

inexpensive printer but works good. I haven't tried the fax yet but the scan print and wireless all work good.

This printer is not expensive but has lots of features. I connected it to my phone and laptop via wifi with no problem and I'm not computer savvy but it went step by step. Now I just have to figure out how to use the scanner

Great print quality for the price! printer was SUPER easy to set up - took me all of 10 minutes. Glad I went with this printer, was skeptical based on some reviews...but no complaints over here!

I’ve needed a new printer for a while, & this 1 is just what I needed. I love how I can print items from my iPhone & Asus Chromebook laptop. When I print something, it’s so clear & easy to read. The results are always grand! I’d recommend this product for any home or work office!

Set up instructions weren't clear; seems to require a re-set every time I try to print via wi-fi. No instructions about using wired connection in the quick setup, but wired printing seems to work fine. On screen management for and scanning is not as elegant as the display installed with my old MX472, and the install didn't even set up an on screen icon. Keep them pinned to your taskbar. They would be well advised to modify their old software. Would recommend looking at other brands and models.

Good printer, I like the ease of replacing ink cartridges. It is a bit slow and the instruction panel is hard to understand at first until you figure it out, then it makes sense. I would say it is not as fast or convenient as my Epson XP 440 and doesn't hold as much paper, but my Epsons kept quitting on me, so we'll see how sturdy this one is. It looks and feels more sturdy, we'll see.

Easy set-up. Productive right away. Great feature allows controlling from smartphone app.

The printer itself is affordable and does print well, but the ink cartridges cost almost as much as the printer and I have not been able to find any alternative brands of ink that cost less. The ink runs out quick (particularly the black ink). Also, their customer service is terrible. I had an issue with a subscription they were advertising. Also, it frequently gets disconnected from the network and I have to reestablish connection from the printer itself, because it seems impossible to do it from the app.

Prints well… very easy to set up and the ink cartridges are very easy to install

Just what I needed. Fits perfectly in office space. Copies are clear and dark.

Needed a printer for work. This works well print quality good and easy to set up.
