This rechargeable battery handheld fan arrived about 50% already charged. It has two white charging cables (each is about 12 inches long) - one is USC to USC and the other is USC to USB. The fan's charging input is USC. There is a removable base that you can attach to the bottom to make it stay upright if you aren't going to move and want to place it on a flat surface without having to hold it with your hand. The included lanyard is nice because you can attach it to your backpack or keep ahold of it better. The flywheel just above the orange power button allows the user to select 1 to 100 fan speeds. I was impressed even at the 10 level it puts out a lot of wind. We intend to take this on our next trip to Australia and New Zealand in September/October 2024 to stay cool! Daron Jacobson

There are 100 levels of wind speed, however, the wind is strong even at level 1. The noise sounds like airplane engines as I turn it to higher level and I think it's just like my hair dryer at level 100. Definitely recommend it as it changed my point of view of handheld fan. If you think my review is exaggerated, just try one and you'll find out.

This thing rocks. Tiny - way smaller than i expected. Fits in your hand easy. Meanwhile - at 100 my hair is standing straight up. Hair dryer basically. 10/10, very cool

This fan will really blow you away! No joke it is so powerful! It has an infinity roller to adjust wind speed from 1-100. Definitely meets all my needs during hot weather.

This fan is compact, powerful, and looks cool. Does a great job and feels like great quality so far and holds a charge for a long time.

A little weird to learn to use but works great for a personal fan. Cooling off outside and also use it to blow dust off of my desk from time to time. Attachments help for blowing dust off my computer keyboard which prompted the buy. So much better than a can of compressed air.

I purchased this hand-held fan for my son for his birthday. But I also had to give it a try. I loved the fact that you had the option of selecting a wind speed from 1 to 100. At 1, it was a light breeze that is perfect for cooling you down. At 100, the wind is extremely powerful. This is the greatest personal fan that I have ever seen. After my wife also tried the fan, I will be ordering a second one for her for her birthday.

So many uses for this and great fan. I mainly use this to clean the dust from my computer but did go to some places that was pretty hot. Easy to cart around and cool off with.

Ive owned about 4 portable fans from jisulife- this one is easily my favorite. Its easily transported- fitting into a bag or center console super easily- and the battery life is fantastic. In the summer time we have come to rely heavily on our portable fans for summer baseball or just trips out.
