The product itself is great. Probably the most comfortable keyboard I have used up to this day and i wish i could give it a 5 star review. The downside of this that makes me rate it low is the constant disconnection while using it. At first i didn't really notice this because i was not using they computer for extended periods of time. Few weeks later after i can no longer return i started working on evaluation stuff for work and used my computer for longer periods of time and noticed this issue. I looked up online solutions, updated the keyboard, turn it off & turned it back on and nothing. Keyboard was on, but not connected to the computer. Eventually it reccoments, but it's very frustrating. Sucks, but maybe I should've stuck to wired keyboards. Personally I would not reccomend since the price is too much for this thing.

The keyboard feels good, but I'm unable to use it. It doesn't operate over a USB cable, Bluetooth only. I I'm locked out of my PC via secure boot and can't even pair the device. Can't even use the keyboard to access bios and turn off secure boot. It's unfathomable why the device has a USB port but can't fallback to sending keystrokes through it.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the keyboard. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the Bluetooth-only operation and the inability to use it to access your BIOS due to secure boot. We understand your disappointment with the USB port not supporting keystroke input in this situation. Logitech

The backlight comes on and off so much it's distracting. There's no way to keep it on or off. The larger keyboard they sell has this option but not this one.

We're sorry to hear you're finding the backlight behavior on your MX Keys Mini TKL distracting with its frequent on and off cycles. We understand your frustration with the lack of a persistent on/off option, especially knowing it's available on our larger MX Keys model. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. Logitech

Returned this item. The keyboard is great in appearance and size. The Bluetooth doesn't seem to provide a good connection. The functions went stupidly crazy after about 4 days. Had to return and buy a keyboard from Logitech at Amazon which works just fine.

Returned it. The host switch buttons are to close to the very small escape key and I kept switching host from 2 to 1 inadvertently when I meant to hit the escape key. The left and right arrow keys are very small. The keys in the corner are two small. Compare to an apple keyboard and you will see what I'm talking about.

The build quality is decent enough, but the fact that these use scissor switches means that you must keep your deskspace immaculate; otherwise, dust and other particles could fall into the keys and it would be difficult/impossible to clean. The fact this keyboard only support bluetooth and doesn't connect to their reliable unifying receiver is a head-scratcher, as many of their other keyboards and legacy products use it. I would only recommend this product if it is deeply discounted; for its price you could do a lot better with any cheap mechanical keyboard.

Thanks for your feedback. The MX Keys mini is compatible with Bluetooth and Logi Bolt receivers, this keyboard is not compatible with Unifying receivers. Regarding the price, we'll surely take this feedback and share it with the right team.

I dislike the fact that I have to pair the keyboard every-time I reboot the machine or try to change from my MAC to my Windows machine. The mac keyboard I have is bluetooth too but does not require pairing after a reboot. I think this is a serious flaw. Logitech has to fix it. Once paired, its a joy using the keyboard thought.

keys are fine, but it wasn't clear at all that this only connects by Bluetooth and Bolt, not the legacy Logitech unifying adapter. My mouse uses the old adapter and I don't want to have to plug two in

    Worked well until it didn't

Worked well first several months. I wish the cursor keys were bigger but I can live with it. Like the appearance, typing experience, and color/battery. But last few weeks it started to work annoyingly badly with my MacBook Pro 16 (M1 Pro). Doesn't register the first 2-3 seconds of typing regularly. And it is not like after some inactivity, no. It happens right when I'm typing - for example I take my hand off the keyboard to move the mouse, then go back to typing (like 1 sec later) and it doesn't register the first several characters. Absolutely terrible. If you type even more than 5 (five) characters a minute it will be extremely annoying for you, let alone typing code all day long. I'm going to switch to the original Apple keyboard that perhaps isn't as comfortable but at least it is reliable compared to this garbage
