At home we used to have an ink jet printer, but always had some issue, either with print cartidges or with printer itself (Kodak), but with this Samsung laser printer, there is no problems, no cartidge replacement every week or so (because it used to dry that soon with the other one), I have it set up wifi and with all my Samsung devices and also Dell desktop and it works perfect every time, very fast and great printer.

This is a great black and white printer. I am not very good with technology and i was able to get the wireless set up. I didn’t give it 5 stars because i have not been able to figure out the scanner yet. Could be user error.

Good printer for a good price. A bit tricky to set up wireless, but works well. No problem with print quality for everyday needs.

I bought this for my home office (I'm a Realtor), and am very pleased. It's easy to set up out of the box. You don't need the CD to install software. If using a Mac, I suggest going to the website that is given to you inside the box to download the software vs. letting your Mac download it for it. I connected my printer to the wifi via the usb cable because I couldn't get it to do it via the network settings on the printer. I hope this printer lasts me a long time!

Started using within 10-20minutes of setting up printer. The instructions were easy to follow. I am pleased with the speed in which it prints.

Samsung made an affordable all in one laser printer. I have been looking for several months and discovered that cannon and hp Tends to be expensive especially the cartridge refill. However the only con is that the plug is too Short . Why?

I had used an HP printer for a long time but I got really annoyed with the ink cartridges and the printer never working when I wanted it to. This printer is easy to set up and use. Finally i have something that prints easily and fast. The scanner works great too. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone. Bought this for 130 but had it price matched to 100 because they had a sale couple of days later.

Great printer so far. Owned it for a month and printed a bunch of resumes and the prints all were crisp and clean. Set up was fast and simple.

So far I really love it! It prints well, good coverage, quiet, and quick. The toner that came with it ran out quickly, but I print a LOT.

The printer is used only occasionally in my home. I hired Geek Squad to set it up, including connecting to my router so can't comment on this except that it went smoothly. (Fax was not set up because have little use for it, don't have a landline etc.) To date, no problems printing or copying. The print it lighter than I prefer, but haven't spent time yet to see if can change the settings. There is a "darker" button on the front panel which can be used to darken the print, but it must be pressed several times to reach #5 to make an appreciable difference. The power button stays lite in blue even when off (don't know yet if this is a flaw with mine). Also the printer shuts off too soon on its own when in the middle of copying if I've taken some time between copying pages, say after 5 minutes. This has the smallest footprint I know of 4 in 1 printers, so if space is an issue the size will help.

If you can figure out how to set this thing up on your computer without a disc drive, it’s a good printer! Otherwise, good luck! I have to use it with the USB cable because it will not stay connected to my wireless network. Also, it doesn’t install the scanner automatically for Mac. You’ll need to get the driver / software off their website BEFORE installing.

Before i got this, I had another older Samsung mono laser printer. after using it about 3 years, the older one started to have connection issues over wifi. I purchased this printer and from unpacking to set up was a breeze. no complaints here. Highly recommended

Excellent printer for what we need it for. So much more reliable than an inkjet. Don't have to worry about ink drying up. Easy to set up and connected right to my mesh network.

Great product, seems to be a necessity nowadays anyway thus it was a no-brainer purchase.

Good printer, needed something to print and photocopy. Got on sale the best part is the cartridge is not that expensive.

People tend to overlook Samsung when it comes to printers. This is one solid performer, and the toner is a great. For someone who scans and prints documents mostly, this printer is handy.

Too slow to initialize. Too slow for printing. Very ugly looking machine.
