Setup Note

- A: AnswerOkay, Vickey You have to get a Device thats wireless Bluetooth compatible to connect to any wireless Bluetooth headphones. Some devices you have to use only there wireless Bluetooth headphones. Then you can connect the device to your T.V with the hdmi cord it comes with. Please: Follow the Device instructions on how to connect your Wireless headphones and how to connect the Device to your TV. Plus you have to make sure your wireless Headphones Are charged and ready for use. Once you do that, when you are ready to watch TV and listen though your wireless headphones make sure the wireless headphones are turned on as well as the Device. Then you should be set. As for myself I bought the : Mee audio connect universal dual-headphone Bluetooth audio transmitter for TV. at Best Buy of course. It work’s great !!the price is great!! Under $100 bucks just make sure you get everything in one that includes the (HDMI CORD) because they do sell them separately. If your unsure of anything always ask for help!! And tell them exactly what your looking for and what your plans Are. Plus I wanted to add you don’t have to connect the HDMI CORD directly to your TV. I connected mine to the back of my Direct TV BOX. I hooked it to that because I put mine in my media room that has a projector and a screen. Its was still simple to do. - A: AnswerWhen you use the optical connection, that is independent of your TV speakers. The feed to your headsets will continue no matter what you do with the speaker output of your TV, such as raise or lower volume, or mute the sound. The optical connection is also the fastest one. I use optical for all those benefits, which you don't get if you use the RCA or Aux wired connections.

A: AnswerInstructions are included for this product to pair with your headphones. Turn it on and select "A" or "B", since you can pair up to 2 headphones. The light flashes blue indicating it is ready to pair, and you make your headphones discoverable by turning them on. Once paired the blue light should stop flashing. I have Bose Noise Cancelling headphones so I wore them while I paired them to the Mee so I could hear the words in the headphones indicating they were paired. Your headphones may be different. When the Mee is not being used, you should power off so that your headphones don't continue to connect to it via Bluetooth.Answered by LeoLady
- A: AnswerI have two of these, both connected to Samsung TV's. One works perfectly, the other (on the newer TV), works half the time. Don't know why. Don't know why you have no sound. You may want to check your audio settings on your TV.
