Sit back and let one of our professional installers connect a networked audio device (and an audio hub/bridge, if you have one) to your existing Wi-Fi and audio system.
Before we begin
When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Audio hub setup
If you have an audio hub or bridge, we'll connect it to your existing Wi-Fi network and install the networked audio platform software onto one mobile device or computer.
Audio device setup
We’ll connect and configure one audio device to your existing network, like AllPlay Play-Fi, Denon HEOS, Sonos, SoundTouch and other products.
Updates and tuning
We’ll pair the device to your audio system and update any firmware if necessary. Plus, we’ll perform audio tuning when applicable.
Adding speakers
We’ll connect your speakers to the device and test for functionality. We can also install and configure one controller device, like an app on your phone. In addition, we'll help set up basic voice commands with an existing voice assistant.
Subscription services
We'll guide you through setting up an account for your device and adding subscription services like Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora and Sirius XM.
Final steps
We’ll demonstrate how to use your new device, clean up our work area, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
This service does not include custom wire concealment or runs, network setup, or troubleshooting.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
