Using your own Bluetooth® connected heart rate monitor, ActivePulse technology can adjust your treadmill’s speed and incline to make sure you stay in your target heart rate zone. Embedded controls allow you to self-adjust your speed between 0-12 MPH and your incline up to 12% if you ever need to change the difficulty of your iFIT workout. There is a device shelf on the console to place a tablet or phone on, depending on the type of laptop, the shelf may not be able to hold it due to the size of the shelf. This treadmill can be used in the manual mode where users can set their own speed and incline based on their own preferences. A paid membership is not required in order to use the manual mode. Great treadmill!
Got this treadmill from Best Buy. It came well packed and they put it in the room I wanted. I assembled it myself, in less than 2 hrs. It's quieter than my old one and well built. I recommend, it's a good deal at $799. You don't need to subscribe to iFit to use it.

Slight sliping of the belt but overall good
In slower speeds it kinda feel like it slightly increases and decreases in speed kinda like a tugging motion but not too bad and when runnin at faster speed like 7mph it slipps a little in the beging intil you get your pace right tjen you can proceed woth out hiccups, overall still good

Good Treadmill
This is overall a good treadmill. Setup took a bit longer than expected, but it seems very well made. It’s been about a month and still working great.
