Not enough memory (only 4gb of RAM).
This Galaxy A16 5G phone is not the same model as the unlocked version or the free boost mobile promo model. It is a subtype version in the boost mobile Samsung Galaxy A16 5G locked series family. That's probably why some reviewers couldn't transferred their data from their old devices. The Galaxy A16 5G phone only has 4gb of RAM and 128gb storage.
