This is a great TV, love the 65” option, and my first smart TV purchase since ~2017? I’ve watched theatrical movies, documentary/educational content, and hooked my Xbox SeriesX to it for display. I’m always impressed by the viewing and listening quality and options to improve the TVs AI learning and the other presets available to personalize your experience. However, the stock remote requires a second firm press to register about 70% of the time. Also, this TV, with all of its’ bells and whistles, takes absolutely FOREVER AND A MINUTE to switch apps, launch the online services, honestly any action that requires some sort of processing power or speed to not be noticeably slow to the average tech user today. And for some reason, I seem to be entirely unable to troubleshoot or really reproduce a successful connection to AirPlay with my iPhone 12 MaxPro. I’m really hoping that a future update vastly improves these functions or that I’m just really screwing something up to cause these slow speeds, because for the price, I’d rather invest in a display that offers more than a 65” 4K UHD screen and a sometimes difficult to use related LG app. (Take this review with a grain of salt. I love my TV and brag about it like a neighborhood dad. I would love all of my tech to be seamlessly connected to each other and a network, but cross-platform comparability and my local intranet provider could easily be responsible for most of my problems.)

I think the picture quality is great. I went from a 55” to a 65” and I see this way better! From what I have read, LG is a very good brand of TVs. I really couldn’t believe how much you can do on this tv. With some help, I was shown about some of the different things to do on it and how to do it. I’m way behind the times with all of this and am apprehensive at trying anything without help. Now I know just do things. The web os is supposed to be one of the best. My negatives would be about the remote for a few reasons. Since it doesn’t light up, with bad eyesight, it’s difficult to maneuver. I do know with more use it will become easier. I have to use two different remotes to watch via my cable provider ( have to use my auxiliary roku device) for most live shows I watch and what’s all inclusive with spectrum. I don’t think I asked the sales person about that. I remember asking his opinion on the two TVs I was looking at, tcl and this one. He said for a little more money he would purchase this one. I am getting used to which remote to use and for what but always have to use the LG remote for volume level. Overall I think a very good purchase.

This tv has great quality color and picture is super clear. Perfect size, and it's not too heavy at all.
