Sent me a used item and bad shipping
Best Buy warehouse sent me what appears to be an opened item. Then they ship it in a bag instead of box so the whole box is damaged. This waa by far the worst experience I’ve seen from Best Buy. As a best buy credit card member this is unacceptable.

Neca Fugures are great and Best Buys price is too!
My son loves these figures. We first saw them on Ebay when we were looking for Neca figures. We came across this TMNT series, and even I got a little excited. (I was a big fan as a kid, too.) They were all expensive, and after shopping around, I ended up buying one for around $50. Then i came across these at BB, and the ptice is great considering the prices everywhere else. My son has about 4 different figures, including Shredder, which he saved for, and paid way more than I was willing. But it was not at BB because they dont have it. But if you're hesitant, just buy it. It is great quality, and it is so realistic that you almost expect it to come to life.

Awsome Figure!
The figure itself is very awesome! Perfect for display etc….. the only problem for me is that limited movement… aside from stiffness due to the costume.
