The picture is amazing, but having trouble do certain functions. I can’t figure out how to turn off close captioning.

Just purchased this 65 inch Panasonic Fire TV. It has mediocre sound quality, (I'll have to buy a sound board), but an excellent picture. The biggest feature it is missing, is the format button that would allow me to zoom in (or H-fill, etc.) and allow me to make older movies full 65 inches. Panasonic has disabled this feature in all it's new models. Very disappointing
