A: I had exactly the same issues with the first and second gen. This redesign spreads weight differently, giving them a nice balanced and so lighter feel in the ear. They are the only pair of Buds Pro that fit perfectly for me.

A: Pros, you get an amazing deal esp when the product is in excellent condition! Cons, rarely will you get something that doesn't work if you do Best Buy makes it right!
Q: Are these louder than previous models of samsung earbuds?
A: Yes and no. They offer more of a 3D audio profile and much better noise canceling than previous models. The drivers themselves sound a bit louder but nothing ear shattering. Very good quality.

Best earbuds ever
The Galaxy Buds3 Pro completely exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is crisp with deep bass that makes music and calls feel immersive. Active noise cancelation is top-tier, blocking out almost everything around me, and the fit is super comfortable even after wearing them for hours.
