Improved night video and FYI no fog issue.
Surprisingly, there was no foggy lens issue for my unit. Despite the rumors of batch one having fog lens issues. But mine didn't had any problem at all. The camera itself, handles night time in PureVideo is better than the gen 1 after owning the ace pro 1, and upgraded from that, the night videos are better, but the this camera in PureVideo, and on certain lightning condition, example cop car red and blue, it will display purple blue instead, idk why, but other than that its working as it should. The battery life per battery 4k30fps last around an hour and more, before it automatically stops recording, and start having boot/recording problems afterwards, it might be just me, but I got this same problem with the ace pro 1 as well, not sure if its just because the cold weather thats causing it, or just the OEM battery issue. The magnetic quick release mount is a nice design, but if you are mounting it blindly, I had tried many times positioning the exact placement for it to snap in place. In short great idea, but if you ever mount it blindly, it will be difficult to do so. Another not so important, but personally, I wish it had a light indicator control for each side, and not just both side. Example if I want back side to indicate a light, and front side not indicator a light. Personal preference. Also the record button is still difficult to press when wearing gloves, it felt like it just wouldn't trigger at times. Maybe next gen can have a better triggering button or something.

Great beginner

Easy to Use Right Out of the Box I was nervous about diving into 360° video, but the Ace Pro 2 makes it super beginner-friendly. The touchscreen interface is clear and responsive, and the companion app walks you through every step. Within 15 minutes, I was filming my first video! Amazing Video Quality The video quality blew me away. Even without knowing anything about settings, the automatic modes capture crisp, vibrant footage. The stabilization is incredible—it makes even bumpy footage look smooth and professional. Creative Features Made Simple The AI features like subject tracking, horizon lock, and automatic editing are like having a mini film crew in your pocket. I just tap, shoot, and let the app do the hard work. It’s perfect for travel vlogs, outdoor adventures, or just documenting everyday life. Compact, Durable, and Fun It’s lightweight, waterproof, and rugged, which makes it great for throwing in a backpack or taking on a hike. Do you ride ?
I chin mount this ace pro 2 to my helmet while riding. In 4k one battery last about an hr. Charges in 45mins. Picture quality is amazing and connects to my cardio pro via bluetooth. All in all this is great piece for my protection while riding in case of accidents or speed violations as motorcyclist get bad names and viewed wrong in the public eye. Its just a way for me to commute cheap and again couldnt beat the deal! I Recommend this, but, just get a charger and one more extra battery, then get yourself a 256 gig sd card and this be great for tail of the dragon. Hope you enjoy as i do. Vlog away
