Nice case, but its changed
The cummuter case has always been my go to case because it’s not bulky, but it still has two layers of protection. The issue I have with the newer version is they no longer have the runner grips on the back of the case, now it’s very slick. When I set my phone down I have to make sure it’s not on a incline otherwise it’ll slide off. The previous versions had two strips of rubber on the back to prevent it sliding and adding more grip to the case.

Not comfortable to hold
It is too slippery. Not easy to hold. Too thin. Not enough grip to hold or stop from sliding out of your hand. Not what I expected from otterbox. I wish I can return it but I left on vacation.

The cutout is there for a reason!
This case is getting way too many bad reviews from people who must not understand the purpose of having the cutout for the camera button. Its not just a camera button it is also a sensor that you can slide your finger over to control the zoom of the lens. You would lose the sliding zoom functionality if it were covered and just had a pushable button similar to the wake/power button. Its a commuter case and I have no doubt it will protect my phone the same way the Otterbox commuters of the past have.
