A: Thank you. I couldn't get it to connect to Microsoft's update server. I called Microsoft and they said it wasn't a valid product key. I ended up getting frustrated and returned it to Best Buy. The manual that came with the laptop just referenced the hardware. Even then it said it varied by model. I got this laptop because it said it could upgrade to 64gb of RAM but it is never a good idea to spend hundreds of dollars to upgrade if you don't have the correct information. If the laptop came with recovery media to install/reinstall Windows it would be a great help.

A: this year intel released gaming gpus also next quarter they are revealing desktop gpus :))
