A: No. Everything seemed to be working when I first received my phone, but then I had issues with the display after less than 30 days. The marketplace seller said it was past the return window, and Best Buy couldn't help me either. There's no warranty with Apple so I'm screwed. Purchase with caution.

A: if it would’ve worked I would’ve been able to use it with Spectrum, but it didn’t work. I had to return it and spectrum insurance sucks they have a $50-100$deductible. Depending on the phone, you have to mail it to him for two weeks and the phones are erased. You don’t get any data back. it’s made me quit buying for anybody, but Apple and the apple insurance is worth its money.

Pretty good
Nothing is perfect but this phone has been working just fine for my daughter. The battery is pretty good and it came with a screen protector and a charging cable which was a plus, appearance wise it had very mine small scratches but that’s nothing compared to what she did to her last phone.

Good phone
Screen wasn’t cracked and cameras weren’t scratched they had a screen protector on when I first opened the box and gave a charger with it the battery life lasts a long time.

Iphone 14
Phone was in good conditions for a refurbished. I am quite satisfied with the product. The only problem was that it is an esim phone and i wasn't aware but i got it sorted out.
