A: Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to boost Bluetooth connectivity over long distances. The most reliable option would be to use an auxiliary cable, as it provides a stable connection, but you would need a cable long enough to cover the distance.
Q: do bluetooth speakers also have playlist features?
A: No, any playlist that you want to stream onto this speaker will need to be driven by the Music app on your phone. For example, if you have a custom playlist created in Apple Music, all you would need to do is tell Siri to play that playlist as soon as you turn the speaker on and connect to it. There’s no way to manage playlist on the speaker physically or in the Bose app, which is used to manage the settings.

A: Bose offers a 1‑year limited manufacturer’s warranty on this speaker. The warranty covers technical issues that troubleshooting cannot resolve, ensuring you’re protected against defects in materials or workmanship. Q: My speaker just arrived and I plugged it to the AC but is not functioning. What could it be?
A: Strong possibility that you may have received a defective unit that was dead on arrival. Double check the connection on the back of the speaker where you plug in the USB-C cord. Then doublecheck the USB-C connection to the wall adapter. You should see lights, blinking on the unit indicating that it’s charging if you do not see the light then the unit is dead. As the last resort, let it sit on the charger for about half an hour, then put your hand on the wall adapter and feel if it’s warm if it is warm, the unit is charging if it is cool to the touch then the charging rail on the speakers circuit board is not sending charge to the built-in lithium battery. At that point grab your receipt Reebok, the speaker and take it back for an exchange or refund.
