The training was very helpful
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The staff member that came to do the training was very helpful, patient, and made sure he spoke clearly and slowly enough to be heard by an 80 year old man.

Best. Training. Ever.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our trainer called first to confirm everything. He then arrived right on time. He was very thorough in showing me how to put my CD library on a flash drive. He made sure I would remember how to do it after he left. He let me ask questions whenever they came up so I wouldn't get confused. Then, before leaving, he made sure I knew how to use the flash drive in my car so I could play anything from the digital library.

I need some “how to” instruction.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The agent helped with some updates, which I’m always afraid to do, for fear of disrupting/changing the way I’ve learned to do things! Sadly, I didn’t realize my yahoo email is now in a different format. Very annoying. I had hoped for some basic lessons on things I don’t understand, so I could write the steps down. I’m not sure if there just wasn’t enough time, or if that is not something Geek Squad does.

FANTASTIC TRAINING PROVIDED!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The agent, JORDAN MEANS, was a superb teacher! I received a new laptop and was very leery of Windows 10. Jordan went that extra mile to make sure that my computer was set up in a manner that I could easily use and that I felt comfortable in moving around the Windows 10 environment. It was great to have someone come out to our home to accomplish all of this. I would not hesitate to request Jordan again if I have other computer issues that I require assistance with. Geek Squad's Total Tech service is worth every penny!

One-Hour Basic Training
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After buying a new computer at Best Buy I had the Geek Squad come to my home and set everything up. I am new to Windows 10 so I knew there would be a learning curve. The geek squad agent was extremely helpful, answering my many questions and showing me the amazing features in Windows 10. This training provided me with a basic understanding of how to navigate around and use the many features.

Great tutorial from the Geek Squad epeert
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The man from the Geek Squad came to tell us all about our new purchase of an HP Envyx360. My wife & I are new to laptops and so far it's working perfectly but we do have questiosn on how to set up picture folders to store numerous photos and to set up a way to send photos to various people. We'll be calling Best Buy to set up an appointment and we heartily recommend the Geek Squad. We have signed up for one year of service and so far it's been well worth it!
