• In short Yes. You get more zoom with 30-110.. Not sure on how many times more..

• The difference between the 10-30mm lens and the 30-110mm lens is the zoom capability of the lens. It is not, however, 20 times better. The 110mm end of the 30-110mm lens is the equivalent of 297mm - or 300mm if you want to use a round number. The 30mm end of the 10-30mm lens is the equivalent of 81mm.
