A:AnswerIf you’re within the time range of your Geek Squad protection plan, you should be covered. To make sure and get a definite answer, go to your local Best Buy/Geek Squad and see what they can do for you. I hope this helps.
A:AnswerAre you using the cleaning tools, deleting cookies and all that stuff that slows it down? Also, look at your internet, if it’s not receiving quality service your games and stuff will not load.
A:AnswerA would bring that up with your local Best Buy in person or on the phone and as long as you have that protection with the device, you should be covered. Read over the protection plan as well posted on Best Buy’s website and hopefully that will give you more answers. I hope this helps.
A:AnswerI hope liquid is covered w GSP Plan. THAT exact reason & situation is why my 3rd refurbished Apple laptop and 2nd Apple Air was the last Apple laptop I will every purchase, after being brand loyal when computer/laptop involved for at LEAST 10 yrs. The refurbished device was $749 before tax. Geek Squad $329 (I think) coverage did not insure the liquid that leaked in my backpack, ruining my month long owned laptop. The cost to repair was $750. I took the $750 loss and am fully pro Google devices. Less expensive w an oprating system def equivalent or slightly superior to MacOS. I hope your situation ends better than mine did. Good luck!
